  • Tapered edge easily contours to difficult areas like heels, buttocks, sacrum, elbows, and trochanters
  • Translucent backing promotes initial wound monitoring and dressing placement
  • Polymers enhance the exudate absorbing capacity of the DuoDERM dressing by forming a cohesive gel
  • Outer film and hydrocolloid matrix allow moisture vapor to pass through
  • Used as a primary dressing for low-to-moderately exuding wounds
  • Can also be used as a secondary dressing to securely hold Aquacel or Aquacel Ag Dressing in place

  • Lightly to moderately exuding wounds
  • Minor scalds and burns
  • Minor abrasions
  • Minor cuts
  • Lacerations
